Laura is a 2nd-generation astrologer based in Seattle, WA, and the owner of NORWAC, established in 1984 by her mother Maggie. Laura has been active in the astrological community since 1990.  She is a founding board member of Kepler College; has served on the board of WSAA for more than 15 years. She has been teaching since1986 and co-founded SoulWise School of Evolutionary Astrology, Laura was the UAC coordinator for 2002 & 2018, and Registrar for UAC 2012.

Patricia has been a full-time practicing Evolutionary Astrologer for 15+ years and Deep Memory Process® regression practitioner and chief trainer for 20+ years. She is the author of ‘Understanding Karmic Complexes’ and has been active in the astrology community, lecturing internationally since 2005 and served as track coordinator for UAC 2018. She is co-founder of the SoulWise School of Evolutionary Astrology and Kairos Astrology training. She brings executive management skills from her past life (pre-astrologer) as co-Publisher and European Director of four international medical journals 10+ years. She also served as an independent business consultant while living in Germany, London and Paris for European medical conferences, journals and professional communities.

Treasurer’s Role:

  • Maintains a positive
  • balance in the account.
  • Prepares a monthly fiscal report that is distributed at the Board meetings.
  • Maintains IAEA’s checking account.
  • Pays bills on time.
  • Reconciles income from credit cards and all forms of payments.
  • Coordinates with accountants to file IAEA’s annual IRS tax returns.
  • Prepares intermediate reports to inform the Board of current status of income and expenditures.

Michelle Gould, MFA, TACC, is a sought-after speaker and teacher of astrology who enjoys integrating the best of traditional and modern techniques into her counseling practice. She is a founding member of the Association for Young Astrologers (AYA), an instructor and board member at the Avalon School of Astrology, and a contributor to MoxyWomen magazine and AstroDatabank, as well as other publications. Active in the astrology community, she served on the ISAR board, as an advisor for the Association for Astrological Networking (AFAN), and as an organizer for the United Astrology Conference (UAC). She’s currently is acting Chair of Ethics for CAPISAR, the training subsidiary of ISAR.

Stevie ‘Wilder’ Lowe is a consulting astrologer from Southern California. He works as a teacher’s assistant at Kepler college of astrological arts and on the school site council of his son’s special needs school. He has done sensitivity training for staff regarding the LGBTQIA++ community.  As a young single parent of a neurodivergent son, a survivor of abuse, and a trans man, his personal experiences of traversing difficulties and change are paramount to his practice in assisting others to do the same. He has a passion for astrology and community organizing (books to prisoners, Food not Bombs, Earth First, and T.W.A.C / trans and women action camp). His pronouns are “he/hymn”

Christopher Marmolejo is a queer astrologer, tarot teacher, and writer. His queer and indigenous identity arises from the Serrano Land, as he works with community to decolonize divination and decolonize through divination. His classes are a (re)membering of being, lost to histories of imperialism, colonialism, and slavery. He seeks to cultivate a classroom of liberatory possibility, as it is elevated into a temple of ritual for communal soul-retrieval. He has a B.A. in Mass Communications and Public Relations, an M.A. in Education, and single-subject teaching credential in English.

Omari Martin is a life member and certified professional astrologer with the American Federation Astrologers, President of The Friends of Astrology, Inc., and Board Chair of Kepler College. He is the owner of SOULAR WISDOM™ and ASTROPRENEURSHIP®. He has presented at NORWAC, United Astrology Conference, Organization for Professional Astrology, Indian Institute of Oriental Heritage, International Society of Astrological Research, the Astrological Association and several chapters of NCGR. Chris Mitchell (he/they) has a PhD from the University of Leicester on the topic of medieval astrology and has recently published a book on his research, is a tutor on the MA Cultural Astronomy and Astrology course at the University of Wales, and holds a diploma in Medieval Astrology from Astrologos. He has been actively involved in promoting and teaching astrology for 20 years, is on the boards of the Astrological Association and the Association of Professional Astrologers International (APAI), and has given talks to groups and conferences in Europe and the US. His day job involves programming computers for the UK’s National Health Service, which he’s done for the last four decades.

Amanda Moreno (she/her) is a queer, mixed-race astrologer, educator, and writer based out of Seattle, WA. She holds a master’s degree in psychology and spirituality and has been practicing astrology professionally since 2012 with a focus on helping folks through collective rites of passage.

She has more than 10 years of experience in non-profit administration and program development geared towards increasing access to mental health care within the LGBTQ and immigrant communities. Amanda has a passion for keeping astrology accessible, and has served as a member of the AFAN Steering Committee and as core faculty at the Portland School of Astrology.

Wendy Stacey, B.A, M.A, Dip LSA became Treasurer of the Astrological Association (UK Charity) in 1999 and has been the Chair since 2002. She is the principal of the international Mayo School of Astrology and has been an active board member of the APAE (Advisory Panel of Astrological Education – UK) since 2001. Her non-astrological background includes finance, accountancy and the social sciences and Wendy has initiated national policy changes in areas of diversity within employment, housing, and immigration. She has also lectured on social issues and ethics in HE and to undergraduates.

A spiritually oriented psychological astrologer, Laura works as an astrological counselor, writer, and lecturer. She has served on the AFAN Steering Committee, the Washington State Astrological Association board, and the UAC 2018 Planning Committee. She is a faculty member and educational coordinator at Lived Life Resources, a nonprofit specializing in resiliency education, training, and research. Laura lives in a wellness community south of Atlanta, GA, and holds a PhD in Human Science.

Executive Secretary: Geni Picazo

Executive Secretary’s Role:

  • Organizes IAEA meetings.
  • Takes minutes for the conference calls, the monthly Board Meeting, and any other organization meeting, and archives them.

Geni is a certified professional astrologer based in Ontario, Canada. An avid student of astrology since 1971, she has been practicing professionally since 1976 serving clientele in many countries. Her work integrates practical wisdom, insight and research. Currently, Geni is the membership secretary with the Organization for Professional Astrology. As with all astrologers, Geni continues to broaden her astrological knowledge with continued studies in astrology.
